I used the ENTIRE Kit!

Thank you all for your prayers for my son. He's feeling better now. All there is left is a few sniffles and a bit of a clogged nose. OTC medicine will take care of that! Tonight, there is nothing on TV. I wish it was Tuesday or Thursday...because Wednesday's absolutely suck for TV. I should be cleaning, but nooooooooooo...i wanted to finish up the November Alternate kit -- so I did. I made one more layout...scrounging every last bit of the paper. HA!! Have I mentioned how much I loved that Chatterbox stuff?


I know it's kiinda girly with the flowers on the side, but I wanted to scrap those pictures of my BF's son and well...i went with the flow. The look on his face tells exactly what he's thinking, "OMG, it's an amazing view from up here at the top of the apple tree!" Don't you think?? ;)

I was supposed to work on my submissions for the LP Design Team Tryouts but I guess I'll finish that off tomorrow night. We have until the 30th to submit...so if you are thinking of trying out, please go to the website and read the details and then get cracking!!! Hope to see you there. I love Tuesday TV

Tonight I am chillaxin' with my kids on the couch.
This morning we had a little snow and my daughter's bus ended up in the ditch.  She camped out at a friend's house until I picked her up and brought her home.  She was happy to skip a day, but i was really ticked at Public Transit!  Grrrr!!! 

Has anyone ever watched "My Shocking Story" on The Learning Channel??  My son and I watch this every week and I have to say this show really makes you feel blessed and fortunate to be healthy. 
After this we watch Mystery Diagnosis.  I love Medical shows...reminds me of how much I wanted to be a nurse.  :(

AND tonight I made one more layout with my November Alternate Kit from LP.  I really love this Chatterbox line and especially that stitched felt.  To die for!!  :)  Here's the layout I made of my daughter with her Math Department Award of Merit for grade 10!!  She was so surprised to get it but so proud because she works so hard and struggles so much - she deserved it!  Proud of you baby.

November DT layouts

Tonight, in between watching Prison Break and doing laundry...i finally got the opportunity to work on some layouts.  I love love love this Chatterbox paper and those stitched felt pieces that came with the kit.  Absolutely scrumptious and so pretty to work with!  I have enough felt to make one more layout, which I think i'll make tomorrow night. 

My son has not been feeling well.  He's had a really stiff neck, severe headaches and sore throat for 3 days.  This morning he woke up and had a droopy eye lid.  I rushed him to the clinic and the doctor told me to treat the symptoms.. cold for the eyes, and pain meds for the neck.  I'm a little concerned though - so please think good thoughts for him and if you pray, please do that too!  Thanks.
